Terms of use.

1. Using Wondr

Wondr helps you discover nearby places and plan walking or cycling routes. You agree to use the app lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not put yourself or others at risk.

2. Maps and route information

Routes, distances, directions, place information, and estimated times are provided for planning convenience. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or affected by changes to roads, paths, access, weather, construction, or Apple’s mapping data. Check the real-world conditions before and during a trip.

3. Safety

You are responsible for choosing whether a route is suitable. Follow local laws, signs, access restrictions, traffic rules, and your own judgement. Do not use Wondr while driving or in any situation where looking at your device would be unsafe.

4. Availability

We aim to keep Wondr useful and available, but we do not promise that every feature will work at all times or in every location. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features.

5. Intellectual property

Wondr’s source code is available in the public GitHub repository. Use, modification, and redistribution of that code are governed by the licence provided in the repository. Wondr’s name, logo, and other branding are not granted under that code licence.

6. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wondr is provided without guarantees that routes or place information will be accurate, safe, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when Wondr changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to hello@getwondr.app.
